Return, Replacement & Refund
Returns are accepted only if the product that you have received is not as per the specifications of the product page or the product received by you in damaged condition or the product is not functional as promised in the listing of the product, however if notified within THREE days from the date of receipt of the item. Returns will not be accepted for any other reasons. In case of damaged or non functional product, in most of the cases, Returns are managed through the brand’s service support network and in such cases our buyers shall be directed to contact the nearest service centre for the necessary resolution of their problem. As far as possible, the replacements will be provided subject to the availability of stock through our or brand service centre / branch / store network.
Refunds will be considered on case to case basis only in case where we can’t provide you the replacement.
Returns, replacements and refunds will not be processed if the product bought is not liked or is not as per the buyers' perceived imagination.
The decision of the company is final.
